But I might have to quibble with Laura’s description of me as an ‘ex-librarian’. Once a librarian, always a librarian, I say. I think it’s in the blood (not to mention the fact that I’ve coughed up my CILIP sub yet again!) So here I am as ever was, M.A., MCILIP, to which I might add Graduate of the University of Unpublished Novelists. If you’re in the same league, you’ll know the hard work that entails!
