Because of other commitments, I have actually actually spent less time than I intended this week ‘doing Authonomy’, but I think this may be no bad thing. I certainly haven’t rushed up ‘the charts’, but I have enjoyed most of what I have read and gained some useful comments in return. Those who have had comments from me have mostly been apppreciative of my efforts, so I’m gettting used to thinking of it as a cooperative rather than a competetive venture.
Overall, the standard of what I have read has been good, or very good, and there has only been one of which I didn’t feel that the writing was ‘of publishable quality’ – a disconcerting reminder of the competition out there!
This week’s stats as promised:
Book rating: 1298 😦 (up from 2000+!)
Books I’ve read and commented on: 4
Comments on my book: 8
My book is also on 1 Bookshelf (a way of expressing support) and 9 Watchlists (people who are intending to read it or watch its progress)
Hours spent on Authonomy-related tasks: 10?
(includes popping in to check progress and a forum rant as well as actual reviewing).
A modest start!
